Walks and Nature

Worthing is situated between the South Downs and the South Coast, making it the perfect place to explore what mother nature has to offer. Just on our doorstep we have the stunning South Downs National Park, with Cissbury Ring which is the largest hill fort in Sussex. On the coast you have Worthing’s wide open Promenade, which stretches for miles and miles both ways and the Splash Point area, which has a Leisure Centre, Beach House Park, restaurants and much more.

Worthing has a rich history of authors, artists and architecture. The Worthing Pier, which houses beautiful art deco tea room, has been named Pier of the Year by the National Piers Society on two occasions, first in 2006 and again in 2019. Nearby is The Dome Cinema, a grade II listed building and one of the oldest working cinemas in England. The newly restored and elegant Castle Goring, which was built several hundred years ago in beautiful grounds surrounded by ancient woodland in the Sussex and Worthing countryside, provides the ideal setting for any occasion – a must see.
